Cancellation Policy

We process orders fast — usually same or next business day. Because of this, cancellation windows are limited.

Cancelling your order

Email orders@themoonfitness.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll cancel + refund you in full. After that, your order is likely already packed and shipped.

If your order has shipped

You can still return it once received — see our Return Policy for the 14-day window.
