Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified.
Rates

Processing time
We ship from Vancouver, BC. Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is printed.
Carriers
- Canada orders: Canada Post
- US orders: Stallion Express (delivered locally by USPS)
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your package hasn't arrived within the delivery window, email support@themoonfitness.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resend if needed.
Customs + duties (US orders)
US orders may be subject to duties or customs fees depending on order value. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment — reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
