Return Policy

14-day returns

Not the right fit? You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of pet hair, cologne, makeup, deodorant marks, and any other wear
  • Have all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (poly mailer is fine)

We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these standards.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@themoonfitness.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return shipping address within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back (at your cost — see below)
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Same shirt, different design? Email us — we'll hold your exchange stock and ship the replacement as soon as your original arrives. You pay return shipping, we cover the reshipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds process to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Sale + promotional items

Items purchased with a discount code greater than 20% or during flash sales are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items

If your shirt arrives damaged or with a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund free of charge.
